Part of the due diligence for determining whether or not any property is a good investment is find out key pieces of information. Some of the things to research are:
- Crime in the Area
- Schools in the Area
- Property Taxes to pay
- Previous value of the home

Getting the Finances in Order
The last and in my opinion, the most important step is getting your finances in order to purchase any kind of investment.
